There are no refunds and Clients are responsible for none platform costs such as domains and emails unless negotiated. Platforming is per domain for a year upon payment and either plan must be renewed after a year, but Technologist may require multiple iterations to deliver outcomes. The payment is an annual recurring subscription, but in the case of Technologist previous iterations will be canceled and annual platforming will reset at each purchase.
